Special Touch Florist opened for business on October 14, 1991. Owned by Esther Murphy and Staffed by the best talent in Spokane. The total years of design experience are over 80 years. In every field of floral design. We have expert designers in Oriental high style, European style, contemporary, country, masculine. Feminine, young at heart, casual and holiday styles. On June 1, 2000. We experienced our largest stop expansion thus far, adding over 1000 sq. feet of gifts, collectibles, candles, gardening, décor, holiday décor, and great home décor in masculine and feminine styles. Weddings are definitely our specialty customer service is where we excel. Anytime you call you can be assured 1st rate, quality service.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 48 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We can customize any gift baskets because of the wide variety of gifts and products we carry in our store and the shopping available near by. We carry gifts from local artists as well as well known artists. We specialize in High Style arrangements as well as European Vase arrangements. We are able to do custom home décor locally, as well as seasonal home décor Large as well as small weddings are what we are well known for, and we always enjoy a new challenge.

A local delivery fee of $6.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
